FFWD Forum Copilot
The FFWD Forum mobilizes the field salesforce to concept-test solutions and extract insights from the market based on structured requests from the Commercial Leadership Team. Instead of fragmented initiatives that take place throughout the year, the senior management team in Pakistan now has direct access to request exploratory or experimental initiatives via a structured pipeline.

Project Story
As we progressed towards a multicategory future in Pakistan, we felt a growing need to instill a commercial mindset focused on agile discovery and experimentation. To unlock potential of commercial teams, the FFWD forum was deployed to engage the field sales force and leverage their collective access to valuable on-ground information.
While the sales teams were already involved in generating a wealth of initiatives, we felt the need to provide a funnel through which this ideation was bridged to strategic priorities or ongoing project requirements. The platform effectively allows HoFs to fast-track strategic priorities through Field-Sales-Force driven FFWD initiatives. Project leads can also augment their project capacities by routing pressing challenges to the FFWD Forum
A demonstration of the FFWD forum is as follows:
A head of function wants his team to develop a go-to-market strategy and wants innovative suggestions on retail activations. They decide to route the challenge to the FFWD Forum to get perspectives from the field-salesforce.
The commercial leadership team ranks challenges in terms of priority and categorizes them across 4 major concentrations: optimization, exploratory, growth, and capability driven initiatives.
All 4 Zones in Pakistan are each allotted a unique challenge for the 2-week FFWD cycle, post which teams of 3-4 individuals explore or experiment depending on the nature of the FFWD challenges allotted to them.
After two weeks, the FFWD teams present their findings to the commercial leadership. After the presentations, the leadership teams either suggest pivots to the solutions or recommend that the findings be escalated to relevant head of functions.
The salient features of the FFWD forum are as follows:
Timely initiatives (Only two weeks lead time to results).
Documentation of findings and recommendations (on the FFWD initiatives tracker).
Readily available channel to route crucial business problems (2-week cycles conducted quarterly).
Top-down management buy-in for on-ground initiatives improves connect.
